- Order all items by title and category (for example, Star Reader ribbon). Include all pertinent shipping/billing names and addresses, purchase order numbers, etc. You may print out the order form from the link at the bottom of this page, or use it as a guide.
- We offer libraries and schools 30-day credit terms when they order with a purchase order, which may be mailed or faxed to us. Be sure the signature of the person authorized to order and a phone number is included. If you are an established customer, you may order by phone.
- We also accept Visa and Mastercard by phone or mail, or you may send a check or money order with the form below.
- Please include $5 for shipping if you are prepaying your order. Actual shipping and handling cost will be added to invoiced and credit card orders.
- We try to ship your order as soon as possible, but it's always wise to plan ahead. If you have a deadline, be sure to let us know.
- If any items are missing from your shipment (excluding a back order), or if your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will quickly send you a missing item or replace a damaged one.
- All Rivershore merchandise is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 15 days, and we will make arrangements that will be satisfactory to you.
- All Rivershore items are made in the USA, so you can be confident when you give them to children.
